Affixes to items can be used to give armor and weapons additional parameters. They are often a combination of one or more prefixes or suffixes. For example, -Fiery increases atk power by introducing fire elemental damage. Affixes for items are available for most items of level 80, except for crafted ascended armor and crafted trinkets.
